30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Ice Horse purchase. If an item is not the right fit for you or your horse, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the guidelines below.

Standard Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be:

• Returned within 30 days of receipt

• Clean and in resaleable condition

• Returned with the original packaging and all components

We understand that equine products often need to be carefully tried on to determine fit. A brief test fitting is fine.

Returned products should be free of horse hair, dirt, moisture, odors, stains, damage, or other signs of use that would prevent the item from being resold.

Products returned in a condition that is not resaleable may not qualify for a refund.

Unique Situations

We understand that occasionally a customer may have a unique situation that falls outside our standard return policy. Please contact us and we will review the circumstances individually and do our best to reach a reasonable resolution.

$10 Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee applies to standard returns and will be deducted from your refund.

This fee helps offset the inspection, processing, and restocking costs associated with returned merchandise.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges will be refunded when the return is due to a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item being shipped, or an error on our part.

100% Manufacturing Warranty

Ice Horse products are 100% warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing issue, please contact us before returning it. We may ask for photographs or additional information so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution.

Approved manufacturing-defect claims are not subject to the standard $10 restocking fee.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at 1-800-786-6633 or through our website.

2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

3. Package the product securely and return it according to those instructions.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected before a refund, exchange, or credit is issued.

We reserve the right to decline a refund for merchandise returned in used, dirty, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-resaleable condition.
